The General Assembly brings together all participants of the conference to discuss the results of Committee Work. Each committee first presents their resolution using a three-minute speech, which is followed by a discussion on this resolution lasting about 45 minutes. During the discussion, the floor is open to all other participants. At the end of each debate on a resolution, the document is put to a vote. Those resolutions that are approved by the General Assembly are bundled and sent on to, amongst others, the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of Europe.
