From the 2nd to the 11th of November 2012, Amsterdam will host the 71st international session of the European Youth Parliament. Under the high patronage of Mr Barosso, the President of the European Commission, Mr van der Laan, the Mayor of Amsterdam, and others, 300 youngsters from over 36 countries will discuss and debate pressing European issues.

Results

The resolutions that are passed during the General Assembly will be bundled in to a booklet and sent to the European Commission, European Parliament and the Council of Europe, as well as a number of local and national bodies. Moreover, as an educational project, the International Session will raise awareness amongst young people about European issues.
